Everything is just go go go now. We don't even get full P-Days now because we have so much work to do and stuff! The problem is finding the balance between all of the office work and missionary work. President Robinson has asked that we be out of the office everyday at 4:30 to go start missionary work. Obviously that can't happen everyday though because we just encounter new problems and new challenges every day that have to be solved, some of them very time consuming. So the problem is knowing what stuff can be left until tomorrow so that we can leave at 4:30. In the past, a lot of office elders have just put all of the focus on the office work and ended up staying in until 9 every night. Now the vision is to have the missionary work still as our biggest priority, whilst (just used that word, level up) still accomplishing all of the office work. Finding the balance is a huge struggle right now.
The other challenge right now is having five elders in one companionship. Five opinionated men with different priorities, means of doing things, work ethics, etc. I'm pretty sure I've got a mission record right now for serving in the most trio's (this will be my fourth on my mission), but this 5-man is even that much more stressful. A lot of fun though as well. We have really funny conversations with each other everyday and there's always SOMETHING going on.
This ward is pretty cool. The temple president and his wife go to our ward and they're a lot of fun, really cool people. We also just barely got the new office senior couple today, so I gotta go do their paperwork right now and get to know them! I'll be serving with them for the rest of my six months here! They seem pretty nice and driven so far =)
I'm tired as crap lately =) We drove pretty much the whole past two days. Down to Brussels, Belgium and back, both days, for different groups. Not to mention we often run errands all around the country. This country is small compared to almost every other country, but there's still 16 million people creating enough traffic to drive you insane.
Okay I love you guys a lot and I hope you all have an awesome week! I'm praying for you guys and really enjoy all of your emails and updates. Byyyyeeeeeeeeeeeeee
