Happy Birthday Chris!!! Hope it was awesome!
Basically I got from your letters was bla bla bla FIGURE OUT WHEN YOU'RE GONNA CALL US OR DIE bla bla bla.....
Pretty accurate. So I honestly am not too sure........ We're gonna aim for calling you here at 5 or 6 PM which is 9 or 10 AM in Utah. Would it be better to call earlier or later? And I'll be trying to use Google Hangout again like usual. Just keep checking your emails in case I send you anything with further directions. I've been trying to get a hold this morning of the family we're staying with for Christmas, but they haven't answered yet. I might send you a quick email later in the week to let you know whatever else I find out. Also, I expect everyone to be in attendance. If not, I'll end the call. Just kidding, but I would like to see everyone if possible =)
So now that that's over with (but not really cuz I'll still probably email you later with more info)... This week was crazy again. We've hardly done any missionary work in the past two weeks because we've been so busy with all of our office crap. This week there was all of the zone trainings and everybody received their Christmas packages. So we played Santa Claus and took all of the zones their stuff. Originally, we had actually planned just to have President and Sister Robinson take the stuff to Antwerpen and Apeldoorn since they have a big car and were going there anyways, but then everything exploded and died. Figuratively.
Some missionaries had left their bikes in Gouda due to train problems and stuff. So we had to pick up their bikes Monday night, plus the missionaries in Gouda forgot that we were coming, so we were late home from that as well. Then Tuesday, we had to take those to Antwerpen, then bring the missionaries' orders and packages to Eindhoven. Then Wednesday, President and Sister Robinson were going to take the orders and packages to Apeldoorn so that we could go to our zone training in Amsterdam, as planned. But the APs were confused and told them that they didn't need to do that because we were going to. So we couldn't go to our zone training and ended up driving to Apeldoorn and Amsterdam to drop off their stuff. Then the next day, we coordinated with the Robinsons to take stuff to Rotterdam while we took the stuff to Den Haag and attended their zone training. All is well that ends well I guess.
That was Thursday, then yesterday we had our legality trip to Belgium, which was also a big hassle (like always). Today, is my P Day. And I'm going to treat it like one. I'm so sick of being stuck in the mission van this whole week!!! Poor Elder Yocom had to drive everywhere because I just barely got my drivers license yesterday and I still have to learn how to drive stick. That training begins tonight, woo hoo!!!! So I'll tell you about my new driving adventures when I call you guys.
Life's going good. I'm really excited to talk with you all on Christmas!!!!!! Love ya!
